The HT LOW is a standalone altitude trainer that delivers oxygen-reduced air, simulating time spent at altitude. It sits apart from the IHHT systems and is intended for targeted altitude adaptation: preparing for a trek or a competition at altitude, or building tolerance to oxygen-reduced conditions.
