Where oxygen training increases the supply of oxygen, molecular hydrogen addresses the other side of the same balance. The Boost H₂ produces hydrogen gas that is inhaled through a nasal cannula. The unit is compact, quiet and simple to operate, which makes it an accessible addition alongside an HBOT or IHHT session.
