How it works
What happens in a hyperbaric chamber
From building up pressure to slow decompression: the physics behind a session, step by step.
Physics: Henry's law, with an oxygen solubility of 0.003 mL per 100 mL of blood per mmHg (standard respiratory physiology). The bar values are theoretical, calculated for 100% oxygen and healthy lungs; in practice they are somewhat lower.
During a hyperbaric oxygen session you breathe oxygen-enriched air under raised pressure. This allows considerably more oxygen to be absorbed and transported by the body than with normal breathing. A hard chamber pressurises to 1.5 or 2.0 ATA and delivers oxygen directly through a mask or BIBS system; a soft chamber works at 1.4 or 1.5 ATA and is the accessible entry point into hyperbaric oxygen training.
Buying a hyperbaric chamber is not the hard part. Getting it into the right place, having your team work with it and still enjoying it three years from now: that is where the work is. That is why every chamber comes with advice and configuration, delivery and installation, training for your team, a warranty of up to three years and a stock of consumables and parts.
You can purchase, rent or lease every chamber in this range, or rent with a purchase option. Prices are prepared per project and include delivery, installation and optional upgrades. The fastest way to decide is a session in our showroom in Goes.

Hard chamber or soft chamber?
A hard chamber is a steel chamber pressurised to 1.5 or 2.0 ATA, with the strongest construction and the highest pressures, built for intensive daily use in recovery and performance centres, clinics and premium home installations. A soft chamber of multi-layer TPU works at 1.4 or 1.5 ATA, is lighter, more compact and easier to place, and suits home use, practices, care and rehabilitation. Both work with raised air pressure, which determines the footprint, the installation requirements and how you supervise a session.
What a chamber needs on site
For a hard chamber allow the chamber plus around one metre of clear space around it, and a separate place for the concentrator, booster and cooling. A complete hard chamber with peripherals reaches a connected load of several kilowatts; a dedicated circuit is advisable. Soft chambers need considerably less and run from an ordinary wall socket. We check the room in advance for dimensions, ventilation and power supply.
Certification you can show
In this market almost every product carries the word CE. It matters whether a signed declaration of conformity sits underneath it, which directives were assessed and whether the exact model is named. We supply the full conformity file with every chamber and tell you in advance what is in it. None of the chambers in this range is a medical device under the MDR; for applications where medical certification is required we supply chambers from HPO TECH, configured per project.
Customisation is the rule
Colour, seating, climate control, masks and controls are configured together with you. Nine colour finishes on the NAVY and a colour of your choice on most other systems; a pneumatic zero-gravity seat or an electric massage chair; water-cooled air conditioning for longer sessions; BIBS, standard oxygen mask or nasal cannula. We change nothing that affects the safety or conformity of a system.

Frequently asked about hyperbaric chambers
How much does a hyperbaric chamber cost?
Prices depend on the system, the pressure rating, the configuration and whether you purchase, rent or lease. We prepare a quotation per project, including delivery, installation, training and optional upgrades. Request one through the configurator or the contact form, or visit the showroom first.
Can I rent a hyperbaric chamber?
Yes. The Boost Seat 90 soft chamber is in stock and available to rent, with a minimum term of three months. Every system in the range can also be leased or rented with a purchase option. With rental and lease, maintenance, warranty handling and technical support are included.
Is a hyperbaric chamber for home use realistic?
Yes. With its 785 mm entry width the NAVY fits through almost any interior door and needs no on-site assembly. The ULTRA fits through doorways from 90 cm and can be installed upstairs. The Boost Seat 90 soft chamber weighs 15 kg and fits a living room. We look at the space, power supply and access before anything is ordered.
What is the difference between 1.5 ATA and 2.0 ATA?
The working pressure. Hard chambers in our range run at 1.5 or 2.0 ATA; soft chambers at 1.4 or 1.5 ATA. Higher pressure requires the stronger construction of a hard chamber. Which pressure suits your users is something we work through with you, and something you can feel in the showroom.
Which settings are the chambers used in?
The chambers in this range are certified training and wellness systems, used in recovery and performance centres, longevity clinics, sports clubs, practices and premium homes. Where medical certification is required we supply medically certified chambers from HPO TECH, configured per project.
