Hard-shell hyperbaric chambers up to 2.0 ATA.
A steel chamber pressurised to 1.5 or 2.0 ATA. The strongest construction, the highest pressures, built for intensive daily use. Five systems: ULTRA, DUO, PRO, NAVY and Boost Station 36.
How it works
What happens in a hyperbaric chamber
From building up pressure to slow decompression: the physics behind a session, step by step.
Physics: Henry's law, with an oxygen solubility of 0.003 mL per 100 mL of blood per mmHg (standard respiratory physiology). The bar values are theoretical, calculated for 100% oxygen and healthy lungs; in practice they are somewhat lower.
A hard chamber is pressurised to 1.5 or 2.0 ATA and delivers oxygen directly to the user through a mask or BIBS system. With BIBS the oxygen concentration inside the cabin itself stays at ambient level, which keeps sessions comfortable and the installation straightforward.
The five hard chambers in our range differ in capacity, position and footprint: the ULTRA as the most complete single-person chamber, the DUO for two people in one session, the PRO as the workhorse for daily commercial use, the compact NAVY that always finds a place, and the Boost Station 36 for lying sessions in one all-in-one unit.
Every hard chamber is supplied with installation, training, a warranty of up to three years and service, and is available to purchase, rent, lease or rent with purchase option.

Seated or lying
The ULTRA, DUO, PRO and NAVY are seated or semi-reclined chambers with panoramic windows, an adjustable seat and controls inside and outside. The Boost Station 36 is the lying chamber in the range, with a 90 cm internal diameter and oversized windows on both sides. Practices that value lying comfort choose the Boost Station 36; centres that want an open, inviting experience choose a seated chamber.
Space, power and access
Allow the chamber plus around one metre of clear space around it, plus a separate place for the concentrator, booster and cooling. A complete hard chamber reaches a connected load of several kilowatts; a dedicated circuit is advisable. The NAVY passes through doorways from 785 mm with no on-site assembly; the ULTRA is built from three modules and fits through doorways from 90 cm.
BIBS and oxygen delivery
The ULTRA and DUO are equipped with the BIBS breathing system as standard; the PRO and Boost Station 36 can be upgraded with it. The NAVY delivers oxygen through a mask or nasal cannula and keeps cabin oxygen below 25%. Multiple users per day? We recommend personally assigned masks.
Built for daily use
Stainless steel and aircraft-grade polycarbonate, door interlocks and pressure protection, IFD or nano water ion disinfection, temperature and humidity monitoring, intercom in every chamber. Masks, straps, filters and critical components are kept in stock, so a failed part does not mean a week of downtime.

Frequently asked about hard-shell chambers
Which hard chamber is the most compact?
The NAVY. It is pressed from a single piece of manganese steel, weighs 300 kg, has an entry width of 785 mm and fits through almost any interior door with no on-site assembly. There is always room for one.
Is there a hard chamber for two people?
Yes, the DUO: a cabin volume of 4.8 m³, two independent BIBS masks and a working pressure of up to 2.0 ATA. Two users per session doubles capacity per time slot.
Can a hard chamber be installed upstairs?
The ULTRA is built from three modules (end caps 234 mm, centre section 756 mm), fits through doorways from 90 cm and can be installed upstairs. The NAVY fits through doorways and stairwells from 785 mm. We check the route in advance.
