Oxygen as the foundation for longevity
Staying fit, sharp and active for longer starts with the basics: oxygen, recovery and a routine you keep up. We bring the technologies together for your home, practice or recovery zone, with advice, installation and service from one partner.
The technologies
Four ways to work with oxygen
Each technology works with oxygen in its own way. Together they form the basis of a longevity routine.
Choose a technology
Oxygen pressure in the inhaled air (atm)
Oxygen pressure calculated as oxygen percentage × air pressure (atm), shown on a logarithmic scale. Schematic.
90–97% oxygen at 1.4–2.0 ATA
Hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT)
Breathing concentrated oxygen at increased pressure, from 1.4 to 2.0 ATA, in a hard or soft chamber. A session usually takes 60 to 90 minutes.

Research library
What does research say?
In our research library we summarise studies in healthy adults, athletes and older adults, with their PubMed reference. The theme page on healthy ageing covers the studies on telomeres and ageing markers.
How clients combine the technologies
Most people who work on longevity combine more than one technology. These are the combinations we see most often; the right set-up for you is something we work out together.
A set-up that fits · At home
At home, clients usually start with a hyperbaric chamber and add hydrogen inhalation alongside: calm sessions at a moment that suits you.

Know where you start
Longevity is a long game, and what you measure you can follow. Heart rate variability, resting heart rate, VO2max, sleep and body composition give you a picture of where you stand and how it develops.
Oxygen as the basis, complemented where it fits
For recovery zones and longevity clinics we also supply compression, red light, cold and heat, through suppliers we work with. One partner for the whole zone, from layout to service.

The heart of the zone: a hard or soft chamber for sessions at 1.4 to 2.0 ATA, with the operating units in a technical space nearby.

Questions about longevity
Which technology should I start with?
That depends on your goal, your space and how you want to use it. Many private clients start with a hyperbaric chamber; athletes often start with IHHT. The configurator and a visit to our showroom help you choose.
Can I combine the technologies?
Yes. Many clients combine two or more technologies, for example HBOT with hydrogen, or IHHT with altitude training. We advise on a set-up that fits your goal and agenda.
How often do people use it?
That differs per person and goal. We discuss a set-up that you can keep up, because regularity matters more than a single long session.
Do you also supply compression, red light, cold and heat?
Yes, for recovery zones and clinics we supply these through suppliers we work with, so that you have one partner for the whole zone.
Can I try it first?
In our showroom in Goes you can try the oxygen technologies and see them side by side. Plan a visit and we will make time for you.
Where would you like to go next?
That is the best way to choose.
Our showroom in Goes has many of our systems set up and running. Take a session, feel the difference between the technologies and work through with us what it would mean at your location.
