Schedule an advisory meetingThe chambers carry the CE marking as a medical device under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR). That certification covers the product: its design, manufacture, testing and documentation.
Anyone who actually provides medical treatments also has to meet requirements as a care provider: medical responsibility held by a physician, treatment protocols, trained operating staff, registration and insurance. Which requirements apply depends on the country and the application.
Oxygen supply, ventilation, fire safety, floor load and a technical room for compressor, oxygen concentrators and cooling. For multiplace chambers this often involves structural preparation.
We bring these points together with you and HPO TECH, and involve specialists where needed, so that you can make a well-founded decision.
The models
Every chamber is configured per project: pressure, layout, monitoring and finish. The specifications below are those published by HPO TECH; the final configuration is set out in your quotation.
Monoplace · lying
A lying single-person chamber for medical use, with a sliding acrylic door, BIBS oxygen mask and pass-throughs for patient monitoring. Built in modules, so it passes through standard doorways.
Monoplace · seated
A seated single-person chamber with panoramic windows and a high level of comfort, for those who prefer to sit upright during a session. Three modules, designed to fit any standard doorway.
Multiplace · 12 + 2
A steel multiplace chamber for twelve users plus two attendants in the antechamber, with a medical pass-through lock, camera monitoring and a fire suppression system with automatic oxygen shut-off. Available in Square and Omega designs.

Engineering and finish
HPO TECH builds its own chambers, compressors and oxygen concentrators. Safety, monitoring and comfort are designed in from the start, and every chamber can be finished in your colours and materials.
Oxygen is delivered through a BIBS mask in a closed system; exhaled air is vented outside the chamber. Each seat has its own oxygen concentrator of 20 L/min.
Pressure, oxygen, temperature and humidity are measured and logged per session. Pass-throughs allow EEG, ECG, TCOM and blood pressure monitoring.
Controls inside and outside the chamber, an emergency stop on both, a manual emergency decompression valve and controlled depressurisation from 2.0 to 1.0 ATA in 90 seconds.
Two-way intercom with its own power supply, large acrylic windows for constant visual contact, and UV-C disinfection that only runs when the chamber is empty.
Ergonomic seating or a medical bed, adjustable RGB lighting, climate control and an entertainment system, so that a session is calm and comfortable.
Exterior colour, leather or Alcantara interior, stitching, a choice of chairs including a fully automatic luxury seat, and your logo on the headrest and display.

Our partner
HPO TECH (High-Pressure Oxygen Technology) was founded in 2019 in Istanbul and designs and manufactures hyperbaric systems for medical and wellness applications. The team brings decades of experience in hyperbaric engineering, diving rescue systems, military underwater technology and shipbuilding.
HPO TECH builds its chambers, compressors and oxygen concentrators in its own factory and, by its own account, was the first dedicated HBOT manufacturer to achieve full certification under the European MDR. Chambers are in use at clinics, sports organisations and wellness centres worldwide.

A medically certified chamber carries the CE marking as a medical device under the European Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745. A notified body has assessed the design, manufacture, testing and documentation. HPO TECH classifies its chambers as Class IIb active medical devices.
