IHHT MAX: the OxyBoost edition with automatic safety control arrives early 2027

The highest flow rate in the range and automatic switching driven by SpO₂ or heart rate. Built in OxyBoost specification, available exclusively through OxyBoost, also to rent.

IHHT MAX intermittent hypoxic-hyperoxic training device

The IHHT MAX is the OxyBoost flagship within the IHHT range. During a session the system switches between oxygen-reduced and oxygen-enriched air on its own, driven by the user's blood oxygen saturation or heart rate. The unit is built in OxyBoost specification and is available exclusively through OxyBoost. Lead time: early 2027.

What it does

  • 9–15% hypoxic to 30–40% hyperoxic, with a flow of 26 to 100 L/min, the highest in the range.
  • Automatic control. Switch to hyperoxia below 85% SpO₂ (adjustable 80–90%), back to hypoxia above 94% SpO₂ (adjustable 90–97%), a heart rate threshold of 50 to 200 bpm and a separately adjustable SpO₂ protection value.
  • Three control modes: SpO₂, heart rate or time. Fifteen user profiles, a 10.1-inch colour touchscreen and a wireless SpO₂ finger clip.
  • Quiet and compact: 48 dB, 58 kg, 459 × 498 × 1307 mm.

Worth knowing

The IHHT MAX keeps the last 15 sessions on the device and shows SpO₂ and heart rate curves per session on screen. Monitoring runs through the wireless finger clip, so no chest strap is needed. Fifteen user profiles keep settings ready for returning users.

Where it fits

Centres with many changing users per day, athletes who want a training stimulus alongside recovery, and premium home installations that want automatic safety control. HBOT and IHHT can run side by side: capacity grows without one unit determining all the revenue.

The IHHT MAX is available to purchase, rent, lease or rent with purchase option. Request a quotation or compare it with the IHHT PRO and IHHT HOME.
